The Transformation Challenge: The Halfway Point!

Last you heard from us, our team started participating in 5 Star Nutrition’s Transformation Challenge. 5 Star Nutrition, was a client of ours that we helped furnish their office space. Inspired by their story and what they do, we decided to take on their fitness challenge to better ourselves. Our team has been setting goals, planning workouts, and sticking to their diets! Now that we’re halfway through our challenge, we wanted to check in with some of our team members, and see how the challenge has been going for them!

Have you felt any differences in the last two weeks?

“I have more energy and I’ve been sleeping better. I no longer have to drink a red bull every day with lunch.”  -Tristan

“Actually, I feel lighter, I’ve been feeling more flexible.” -Sebastian

What’s a bad habit that’s been challenging to beat?

“Comfort foods like chips and fries. I can do without sweets but I’ve fighting the urge to get some nachos…” -Daniel

“Hitting snooze in the mornings. Now I get up to workout and it’s been difficult to maintain.” -Tristan

Is there something new you'll continue to do after the challenge is over?

“I stopped working out for a while, but after this, the plan is to keep doing it. I’ve been trying yoga, I think I’m gonna stick to it.” -Sebastian

“I think I’m gonna stick to a lighter diet moving forward. Having protein shakes and juices for dinner, less red meat.” -Daniel

There you have it! We’re happy to share our journey with you all, and we can’t wait to talk even more about our progress once the challenge is over. Although 5 Star Nutrition isn’t currently offering the Transformation Challenge (Since it’s already in progress), you can still visit any store and explore the great products they offer to better your health!
