Wyatt Russell
Founder/Lead Consultant
◐ About
Born and raised in Austin, TX, Wyatt has seen Central Texas grow first hand. Now calling Round Rock, TX, his home, he lives with his wife, Kendell, and their three children. Wyatt enjoys spending time playing Jiu Jitsu, practicing yoga, listening to music, and visiting extended family across the globe.
◐ Career
▶ After college, in 1995, he started as the Operations Manager for a small office furniture dealership.
▶ Wyatt accelerated his career by taking the initiative and quickly learning CAD Design & manufacturing processes.
▶ Leaving his position as Operations Manager, he was an independent contractor for dealers across the state of Texas.
▶ Then he focused on space planning and interior design where he was responsible for all state agencies in Texas.
▶ In July of 2007, with his father Bob, He founded 180 Office Solutions.
After working with clients, dealers and manufacturers of all types and size, he accumulated a vast knowledge of the rapidly evolving office interiors industry.
◐ Expertise
He had become an expert on how to combine new, pre-owned, & remanufactured products, understanding clone/import products, and keeping up with the newest technological advancements.
Kendell Boettcher
President
◐ About
A native Texan, Kendell was born and raised in Dallas. Kendell is the youngest daughter of six children.
◐ Career
▶ She worked in the restaurant industry with her siblings for several years, primarily at Chuys.
▶ Promoted to Manager in 1999
▶ She was tasked with the challenge of starting up a new store in Round Rock, Texas. She and her fiance, Wyatt, decided to give it a try and have been in Round Rock ever since
▶ Kendell retired from the restaurant business after the birth of their second child in 2005, committed to raising their children full time.
A few years later she joined the 180 team and has been running the show ever since. She enjoys cooking and loves to bake. When she’s not working at 180 Office she is managing her own business selling baked goods at the local farmers markets.
Angelo Lanciano
VP of Operations
◐ About
Hailing from Austin, Texas, Angelo traveled across the LA area including Hermosa Beach and Malibu, before returning to Austin,TX.
◐ Career
▶ Angelo worked at Arden Realty as a Commercial Real Estate Agent & in the hotel industry for over 15 years before joining the 180 Team.
▶ Angelo works with our designers, warehouse crew, and manufacturers to make sure all projects are going smoothly.
◐ Expertise
Angelo also manages our warehouse with expertise, and handles customer relations.
◐ Hobbies & Interests
When he’s not working, Angelo enjoys watching European Futbol. He’ll gladly root for his teams Barcelona, Manchester United, & Austin FC.
He & Wyatt became friends as children, meeting in South Austin, connecting over their mutual love of soccer.
They’d go on to compete in the same soccer team and eventually win the state championship!
Ramya Ramachandran
Principal Designer

Outside of her professional career, her interests are in food, baking, spending time with her husband and her dog. She also runs a food website, intertwining her love for design & desserts.
◐ Career
▶ With a masters degree in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art & Design, and over 12 years of industry experience, Ramya has developed an eclectic mix of expertise.
▶ Ramya has worked at multiple large scale dealerships including Steelcase, Hermanmiller, and Allsteel Furniture.

In 2021, Ramya took a leap of faith and started her company, Sriya Designs, offering contract design services for dealerships across the country.
Sriya Designs has collaborated as a design partner with 180 Office Solutions to provide outstanding service.
Lance Hadley
Consultant
◐ About
Lance is a proud father of two children who are now in college. He recently celebrated his 25th anniversary with his wife, Lance enjoys getting out & spending time with his family whenever possible.
◐ Career
▶ Lance has been a part of several ground up projects including:

▶ He’s done consultation work for both the city & private company projects.
▶ Using all of this accumulated experience Lance made his return to sales in 2023.

Tristan Nottingham

An Austin Native! Tristan was born and raised in Austin, the nephew of our very own Lance Hadley.
◐ Career
▶ Tristan Attended Sam Houston State University before working for 180 Office Solutions.
▶ Tristan has been a part of the team for over ten years now, with plenty of experience.
◐ Expertise
Tristan is prepared for any job and always able to find a solution.
Outside of work you can find him at Zilker Park, playing disc golf or soaking in all the fun activities Austin has to offer.
◐ Hobbies & Interests
Sebastian Montoya
Project Manager
◐ About
Originally from Colombia, he studied architecture and construction technologies, which allowed him to find great harmony between design and his passion for music.
◐ Career
▶ Upon arriving in the United States, he discovered the furniture industry and has grown as an installer.
▶ Even advancing to a supervisory role on 180 office projects.
▶ With more than 200 executed projects, his knowledge and experience as an architect led him to become part of the design team.
Additionally, he dedicates time to his Husky named Snow and his fiancée, as well as indulging in video games.

Born and raised in Mérida, Venezuela. He emigrated from his native country to the United States.

Outside of work, he enjoys socializing with friends in his free time and participating in entertainment activities to relax and make the most of his leisure time.
Daniel Adame
Marketing Director

Born in San Jose, California, Daniel moved to Austin, Texas at the age of five.
◐ Career
▶ Daniel graduated from Tarleton State University in December of 2019, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Studies.
▶ Daniel moved back to the Austin area and joined the 180 Office Crew as head of the Marketing Department.
▶ Managing media marketing, graphic design, and occasionally working on the sales floor.
▶ Daniel is committed to helping spread the word about 180 Office wherever possible.

When he’s not working you’ll find him perusing through records stores, or buying toy robots.

Amelia Russell
Administrative/Marketing Assistant

Amelia is the second daughter of Kendell & Wyatt Russell, attending Round Rock High School.
◐ Career
▶ She helps with all administrative duties including filing and record keeping.
▶ You'll also find her helping in the marketing department or behind the scenes on the showroom floor.
◐ Achievements
Amelia is also the other co-founder of the Zizzle, IZ Fanclub at 180 office.
Amelia brings an eclectic mix of energy whenever she's at the office.

Amelia plans to study Music in college. She enjoys singing and mastering her instruments, spending time with friends & family, and learning more about the human psyche.
