Services We Provide
Technology Integration
From your PC to your smart phone, printers, tablets and all your other fun gadgets we have options that will allow integration of furniture with that technology. Start with a Kiva low profile floor system or a fully integrated power pole. Once we have the cables in place we can configure telecom plates to get you exactly what you need. Power, VGA and Cat 6? No problem. We have those plus HDMI, USB and Ipod. Mayline’s new e5 product is an excellent example of integrating Technology into office furniture.
Test Fits
A test fit is a floorplan that we create to confirm that the stated needs of our client can be accommodated within a specific space. If your program dictates needing 3 conference rooms, 5 private offices, 2 breakout spaces, we can quickly test fit the space and provide the information needed to pursue or move on. Often a landlord will help facilitate a test fit, if not, we can provide one at no cost in 48hours or less. Remember to plan for growth when programming.
Space Planning & Design
Are you moving into a new space and need help with construction, wall placement and circulation? Do you need to know how many people will really fit in the space you are looking at? Our complimentary space planning will remove the guesswork and provide professional drawings. We know it is difficult to understand how to best layout your office. With use of CAD and rendering software, we can show you exactly how your office will look before anything is ordered.
Relocation Coordination
Confused and apprehensive about an upcoming move? Let 180 Office Solutions handle it for your. We offer complete move coordination and often combine moves with liquidations, project management, and new furniture purchases. We will handle it and take the stress out of your move.
Furniture Specification
After consulting with your team, programming and while preparing your space plan our team will be specifying furniture. We represent a wide range of manufacturers and are on top of the latest innovation and trends in the industry. We will combine that knowledge with your needs to provide different options at different price points.
Junk Removal/Decommission

Construction Management
Our experience has given us a unique perspective on how construction projects can go wrong and what to look out for from preliminary design to project completion. We will watch over all aspects of a commercial construction project keeping a close eye on the schedule and budget via consistent updates. This service is typically reserved for our smaller projects but if we can not manage the construction for your project in house we can refer a partner that can!

If you have furniture you no longer need, we are here to help! The best time to get rid of your existing furniture is when you are buying new furniture. For that moment in time you have leverage and perhaps sell what you have instead of simply paying someone to haul it away.
Budget & Cost Estimates
Our budget tool can provide a “Not To Exceed” budget in less than 5 minutes. This budget is complete with, not only leasing but also good, better and best options. Once this budget has been accepted we will move to programming and space planning where greater detail will be provided and assigned. As long as the scope stays the same we will stay under budget, guaranteed!
Delivery & Installation
As a full service office furniture dealership, 180 Office Solutions provides clients with factory trained and experienced staff to insure a trouble-free professional installation. We will communicate with you throughout the process in order to eliminate unnecessary issues, delays, and disruptions. Our professional staff will ensure that your products are undamaged, properly assembled, and ready for your employees to enjoy. Need it installed on a weekend or after hours? No problem, so do most of our other clients. We recognize the distractions associated with the delivery and installation of furniture and will do everything possible to keep them to a minimum. We will work closely with your building or property managers and insure that their rules are followed and the necessary insurance information is provided.
Inventory Management
Do you have surplus office furniture? Are you moving and need help assessing your present furniture? 180 Office Solutions can help! Our experienced team will audit your present inventory onsite and provide recommendations based on your needs and requirements (either use, store or dispose). We can provide options for disposal or sale of any unusable or antiquated products. If you decide to store furniture and need secure and affordable off-site warehouse space, we have it and will manage your inventory to the extent you need. This option is great for your offices with multiple locations. We can deploy furniture from your storage to your numerous locations..
Project Management
Furnishing your office can be an intricate and confusing process. 180 Office Solutions can handle all of the details, and make it seem easy. Our project managers (PM) have years of experience to seamlessly map out the entire project-then create and manage a schedule that fits your needs and meets your existing deadlines. Throughout the process, the PM will coordinate arrival of the furniture, work with general contractors and other trades to schedule and coordinate installation, while monitoring and compensating for any changes that may occur.
