Outer Woods

Tanner Rowley officially founded Outer Woods in 2021, having worked on  wood projects for two years prior. With a Bachelor's degree in Product Engineering and a lifelong passion for woodworking, Tanner made Outer Woods to create unique pieces that make a statement wherever they may be.

Outer Woods creates a plethora of desks & tables that could work for any commercial office space, but they also have more to offer. Selling balcony tables, game tables, cutting boards, serving boards, and even the outdoor German game, stumpfe.

Outer Woods uses real natural wood for all of its pieces, utilizing several types of wood including cedar, pecan, white oak, and African mahogany. Outer Woods has partnered with One Tree Planted, vowing to plant two trees for every completed project. One to replace the tree used during the project and another to make a greener earth.

Lead Time: Worth The Wait!

Lead time can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Production can take from two to three months at minimum.  Although these projects aren’t delivered immediately, it does mean that a piece will be produced specifically for your liking. Outer Woods are very thorough in their project coordination and will make sure that any project is done to hit a certain date that's important. Ultimately, these pieces focus on keeping functionality and quality in high regard, taking the time it takes to make sure everything comes out right.

Make The Custom Piece You Want

Outer Woods has several items that are available to order on their website. Otherwise, for custom pieces, the first step is reaching out to us and sharing some details about the desired piece. From there, we’d get to drafting, modeling, and finally fixing a quote that’ll address every aspect of the piece. Outer Woods prides itself in being highly detailed in their ordering process. The style of wood, epoxy, dimensions, and more will be discussed before anything is approved for production. Just because Outer Woods hasn’t made it, doesn’t mean it’s not possible. They’ve created most things found in a common office space. Including conference tables, reception desks, and office desks. If you’re looking for a piece that hasn’t been mentioned, if it’s possible to make, Outer Woods can handle it.
